In winter, it is the perfect stop for skiers and snow lovers: at lunchtime, our self-service restaurant offers quick dishes, warm sandwiches, and specialties from the Aosta Valley cuisine — all to be enjoyed with one of the most breathtaking views in the valley.
In the evening, the atmosphere becomes cozy and intimate. Our restaurant offers a rich menu of traditional flavors, perfect for a dinner at high altitude, enhanced by our snowcat transport service — for an unforgettable mountain experience.
During the summer season, Albergo Ristoro Sitten becomes the ideal starting (or arrival) point for hikes and treks, from peaceful day walks to more demanding routes such as the Monte Rosa Tour. Even in summer, our off-road shuttle service ensures an easy connection with the S. Anna cable car.

How to Reach Us
Whether in winter or summer, Albergo Ristoro Sitten is much more than a simple mountain lodge: it is a meeting point where authenticity, nature and flavours come together, to be enjoyed in every season.
In winter:
You will need to reach Gressoney-La-Trinité, in the locality of Staffal, and take the S. Anna cable car (check the timetable on visitmonterosa.it, which varies depending on the season).
Guests staying at the hotel can benefit from a discounted ticket for the ascent.
Upon arrival at the top station, a short phone notice will allow our staff to organize the snowmobile transfer (service available before 09:30 and after 16:30, as it cannot operate during public opening hours of the ski slope). In case of arrival after the last cable car run, transport cannot be guaranteed and has an extra cost of €30.
Experienced skiers may also reach us independently, skiing down from Colle Bettaforca.
In summer:
Access remains the same, with transfer by off-road vehicle from the top station of the cable car. After closing time, a paid transfer service is available directly from Staffal (€10 per person, per trip).
Also during summer, hotel guests can benefit from discounted tickets for the cable car.
